Company Description Our team is passionate about helping our clients overcome their logistical constraints. As a leading third party logistics (3PL) provider, we consider ourselves a key growth partner working alongside our customers. We do this by providing end-to-end supply chain solutions including Contract Logistics, Supply Chain Optimization, Distribution & Express, Road Transport, and Freight Forwarding.

Currently, GEODIS has a direct presence in 67 countries and a global network spanning over 120 countries. We are experiencing rapid growth and recognition in the US market, largely due to the acquisition of OHL (headquartered in Brentwood, TN).

However, rather than just providing our logistics expertise, we intentionally become students of our customers’ businesses as well. After all, we are on the growth journey together and a customer win, is also a win for the GEODIS team.

Speaking of team, a large part of our success is the talented people behind the scenes in our warehouses. They are the safe hands that we entrust with our customers’ products, and the get-it-done minds behind our continuous improvement. And our company’s growth translates into plenty of opportunities for advancement for those interested in growing their careers with GEODIS.

And we pay competitively for our talent. We are one of the few companies that offer a “pay for performance” program. In the program employees can increase their hourly pay by improving efficiencies. In fact, in 2016 participating employees were able to increase their compensation by up to $5 more/per hour.

While our team certainly knows how to do great work, we also know the importance of having a great place to work. If you visit one of our warehouses on any given day you may find us cooking burgers on the grill for a team lunch, celebrating birthdays with cupcakes at a “Let’s Talk” employee meeting, or awarding t-shirts and prizes to our Star Performers.
