Maintenance Technician

White House Utility District -

Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on pumps, motors and other equipment related to the treatment and distribution of water as well as the collection and treatment of wastewater.

Job RequirementsThe ideal candidate should:

∑ Have demonstrated experience with PLCs and RTUs

∑ Have demonstrated experience in the maintenance and repair of equipment in the water and wastewater industry

∑ Be extremely detail oriented and organized

Some of the types of work the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for are:

∑ Completing routine preventive maintenance tasks at water and wastewater facilities

∑ Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues with equipment at water and wastewater facilities

∑ Completing basic repairs to maintain the function and appearance of all facilities

∑ Performing programming, calibration and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems throughout the District
