An introduction to microcomputer hardware installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting. Students will learn the processes and procedures for supporting microcomputer hardware in a business environment. This course is designed to assist the student to take the CompTIA A+ hardware certification examination. Prerequisite: CIS 100.
