An introduction to microcomputer operating system installation, configuration, upgrading, diagnosing and troubleshooting. Students will learn the processes and procedures for supporting microcomputer software in a business environment. This course is designed to assist the student to take the CompTIA A+ software certification examination. Prerequisite: CIS 100.
