1. Review the Analysis/Nomination Form Submission Guidelines
2. Evaluate your course, using the Analysis/Nomination form and make improvements, as
needed.
3. Write your Anecdotal Evaluation for each of the 5 Evaluation Elements (Syllabus, Schedule/Calendar, Communication, Course Materials and Community)
4. Assemble Visual Evidence for each of the 5 Evaluation Elements (Syllabus, Schedule/Calendar, Communication, Course Materials and Community)
5 . Assemble 2 copies of your course Nomination and bind 1 copy in a 3-ring binder (a course nomination should be no more than 1” thick). Submit the 2nd copy with the 3-ring binder copy.
6. Divide (tab) the 3-ring binder copy using the following “Format:”
