Logistics

Logistics Management has become an important driver of the economic growth of Middle Tennessee. Working with employers in the region, Vol State has developed a Technical Certificate in Logistics & Supply Chain Management (16 credit hours) and an Associate of Applied Science Degree in General Business Administration with a Concentration in Logistics & Supply Chain Management (60 credit hours) to serve this growing and dynamic industry. Credit hours earned for the Technical Certificate are transferable to the Associate of Applied Science Degree.

As the process of supply chain management becomes more sophisticated and dependent on skilled employees, leaders, teams, and emerging technology, these courses of study will assist students toward a rewarding career.

Courses for the Technical Certificate are offered online as are most courses for the Associate of Applied Science Degree. Students may enroll for full-time or for a part-time.study.

Follow Vol State's nested process to success in Logistics & Supply Chain Management:

  1. Complete 16 credit hours for the Technical Certificate in Logistics & Supply Chain Management in as little as one (1) semester and progress to Step Two.
  2. Apply all the Technical Certificate courses toward the 60 credit hours required to earn the Associate of Applied Science Degree in General Business Administration with an Area of Concentration in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
