CVS Caremark has a new, dedicated web site for State of TN insurance participants. Visit www.caremark.com/StateofTN to find information on locating participating network pharmacies, the list of covered drugs, plan-specific information (Standard PPO and Partnership PPO), FAQs, and many other helpful tools and resources. CVS Caremark can also be reached toll-free at 1-877-522-TNRX (8679).

CVS Caremark offers a service where you can get medications in a 90 day supply by mail. You can download a list of participating pharmacies.

Federal Healthcare Reform Act

The State of TN Benefits Administration has developed a Web site to address many of the questions surrounding the new federal health care reform act. One of the most frequently asked questions is, “How can I continue coverage for my child who is between the ages of 24 and 26?”

The best place to keep up with the changes is the State of Tennessee Benefits Administration web site.
