Evening classes provide a way for working students to get ahead in their college career. Volunteer State Community College is offering three evening courses this fall at Macon County High School. They include: English Composition I, Survey of American History I and Math for Liberal Arts. Classes start August 29 and registration is open now.

Vol State at Macon County offers general education requirement classes that will apply to many degrees and programs at the college. They also provide an opportunity for students to take basic courses that can apply for credit at many other colleges and universities. New students will need to apply to the College before they can register for classes. That can be accomplished online at volstate.edu. Admissions Advisors can walk new students through the process.
