Any student filing a formal student complaint must complete this form. All student complaints will be addressed and some complaints may require an investigation into the situation(s) surrounding the complaint. This ensures a fair and reasonable resolution of the complaint and that due process is followed.
The types of student complaints as well as the processes associated with each can be found in VSCC Policy III:00:06 and are also outlined in the VSCC Student Handbook. The online form below has been provided for ease of filing a complaint. Once submitted, a staff member from the Office of the Vice President for Student Services will contact you within 24 hours.
