Dear Students and Outreach Trainers,
Please carefully review the following information regarding upcoming OSHA courses conducted through the Volunteer State Community College OTIEC.
Courses offered directly through the OTIEC will remain paused until September 1, 2026. These include:
- Gallatin, TN courses,
- virtual courses, and
- contract trainings conducted by the OTIEC.
Outreach trainers shall continue to teach and are not affected by the OTIEC pause. If you need to complete a course before September 2026, please visit the OSHA OTIEC course schedule page to find alternative training options.
If you are currently scheduled for a course during July or August 2026, please submit a support ticket using our Help Center or send a direct email indicating whether you would like:
- to be rescheduled into another cohort or
- to receive a refund.
We have launched a new Help Center to better assist our clients with outreach training and technical support matters. Please visit this help center for assistance with:
- Outreach training portal issues,
- OSHA card requests,
- Technical support,
- Registering for classes, or
- OTIEC-related questions.
Before submitting a request, please review the available FAQs and knowledge base articles, as many common questions are addressed there.
If you still need assistance after reviewing the support materials, please click the “Submit a Request” button to create a support ticket. Please allow 2–3 business days for your ticket to be reviewed and addressed.
If your issue is not resolved within that timeframe, you may contact the OTIEC directly at OSHA@volstate.edu.
We appreciate your cooperation and patience during this transition and look forward to seeing you again in September.
Kind regards,
Volunteer State Community College OTIEC
