Early Interventionist

HATS/Rainbow Early Intervention -

Job DescriptionFull-time Early Interventionist with caseload of about 10-15 children ages birth to three, in Sumner County area, spending about one hour per week with each child in their home or child care environment. During this hour you would help them work toward their goals that have been set by TEIS. The children have varying types of delays, including delayed speech, Autism, Down Syndrome, delayed walking, blindness, and others.

Job RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Early Intervention, or related field. Related field may be considered with some consideration for early childhood experience. Good documentation is a must. Must be willing to drive throughout Sumner County. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Background and drug screenings are completed on applicants.
