Volunteer Behavioral Health has partnered with Vol State to provide our students with necessary income-based mental health services. They offer counseling and therapy with both in-person and virtual options.
Step 1
- Students can call 877-567-6051
- Press 1 for the Mental Health Crisis Center
- Press 2 for First Time Appointment
- The information they will need is Your Birthday, Social Security Number, Insurance, and Income
Step 2
- They will determine if you qualify for the Safety Net Grant
- Next, they will set up your first tele-appointment to determine the best course of action
- This appointment will have to be the day of or the day after you call. They will not schedule any further out than the day after you call.
