Vol State EMPLOYEES ONLY - Waived application fee (normally $100 per applicant) + Admin fee reduced from $300 to $99

Eligible applicants will have their application fee waived and 1/2 off their administrative fee. An additional discount of $200 will be applied to the first month's rent if a 12 month lease or longer is selected.
