Become a Vendor
Volunteer State Community College is an Institution of the The Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR). TBR maintains one database of vendors for the System Office and its Institutions. The online portal allows vendors to register one time and maintain/update its information accordingly, alleviating the need to register with each individual TBR Institution.
Please email Payables.Vendors@tbr.edu for an invitation to register. As you complete the registration, select Volunteer State Community College as an Institution you would like to do business with. We will receive a notification from TBR that your vendor registration is complete and will add you into our database.
IF YOU HAVE BEEN DEBARRED BY ANY AGENCY, FEDERAL OR STATE, SO INDICATE. The TBR Purchasing and Contracts Department reserves the right to deny registration to any company and any entity denied registration will be so advised.
