As part of the Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR), Volunteer State Community College adopts TBR Guideline B-070 as VSCC Policy IV: 07:01, with the caveat that VSCC selects “Option 1” – 50% down and two equal payments, as it is applicable to all colleges within the System.
