eLearn Success

ELearn is the name of the Vol State course management system. It is a platform where connections are made between students, faculty, and course materials. This is where "online" classes happen. Hybrid and web-enhanced, on-ground courses also utilize eLearn's administrative and interactive capabilities. Because it is online, eLearn allows for "anytime, anywhere" access to learning, including:

  • Access course materials anytime, anywhere they have internet access
  • Collaborate online
  • Engage in course-related activities like discussions and quizzes
  • Learn new technology skills

Before classes begin, you will want to review this list of Technical Requirements and Skills that you will need to use eLearn.

Explore eLearn

We’ve created this 23-minute video tour of eLearn. It is a preview of what you will find in eLearn and has tips to help you navigate your course materials.

During the Total Campus Preview event, you can join in an Explore eLearn session. During the session, you will get a live tour of eLearn and have an opportunity to ask questions. Keep an eye on your Vol State email and read through your Pioneer Preview materials for more information about these sessions.
