Livingston Campus

Vol State at Livingston is a degree-granting center, offering more than 20 associate of science (AS) degree programs that can be completed on the Livingston Campus. We also offer classes that will apply to many different majors and programs, including general education classes in communications, humanities and fine arts, mathematics, natural sciences, social and behavioral sciences and general electives.

We offer Associate of Applied Science degrees many of them being in Health Sciences. Some programs may involve students starting with general education classes in Livingston, and then moving to program specific courses on the main campus in Gallatin. The number of classes a student may have to take in Gallatin depends on the particular program.

If flexibility is important to you, we offer a number of ways you can take classes. Traditional classroom courses are offered during the day and in the evening. We have a wide variety of online courses. We also offer hybrid courses that combine online work with a few on campus classroom sessions.

Vol State at Livingston offers a range of student support, including the Learning Commons, which offers basic skill testing and developmental help in English and math. Academic advisement in course selection, placement testing, counseling and sale of textbooks are also available.

College personnel are available Monday through Thursday until 9:00 p.m. (while classes are in session) and until 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
