Vol State's Livingston Center offers Associate of Science (A.S.) and Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree programs, including the Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Nursing, which prepares students to sit for RN licensure. General education courses in communications, humanities and fine arts, mathematics, natural sciences, and social and behavioral sciences are also available on-site, and students pursuing a bachelor's degree can complete their first two years here through a Tennessee Transfer Pathway before transferring to a four-year university.

Located in Livingston, the seat of Overton County, the center serves the Upper Cumberland region, about 90 miles northeast of Nashville.

Center Offerings

Volunteer State Community College is authorized by the Tennessee Higher Education Commission to offer the following programs at the Livingston Center. Each semester's course offerings are based on pathway sequencing and are subject to enrollment minimums. Check with your advisor for additional details.
