The Nursing and Respiratory Care Technology Programs participated in interdisciplinary pediatric simulations, fostering collaboration between the two disciplines. By engaging in shared roles and patient-centered interactions, students demonstrated effective teamwork, strengthening interprofessional relationships that will contribute to more synchronized and coordinated interhospital patient care.
