Fall 2020 Dean's List and Honor Roll

Congratulations to the students named to the Fall 2020 Dean's List and Dean's List with Honor Roll at Volunteer State Community College.The Dean’s List recognition is awarded to students that have completed a minimum of twelve collegiate-level hours with at least a 3.750 GPA during the awarding term. In order to be awarded both the Dean’s List and Honor Roll recognition, students must have accumulated a minimum of eighteen overall collegiate-level hours and complete a minimum of twelve collegiate-level hours with at least a 3.750 GPA during the awarding term.

Students Named to All-Tennessee Academic Team

Students Jeremy Clark and Gareth Laffely

Volunteer State Community College students Jeremy Clark of Tennessee Ridge and Gareth Laffely of Gallatin have been named to the Phi Theta Kappa All-Tennessee Academic Team. Phi Theta Kappa is a national academic honors society for community colleges. Vol State has a chapter. The All-Tennessee Academic Team is chosen from community college students across the state. The students were honored during a reception in Nashville, where they met with area lawmakers.
