It’s an exciting time to be a Pioneer as we officially roll into spring athletics and welcome some much-needed sunshine after the ice and snow of the past week.
Baseball
Baseball is back at home today with Opening Day at the ballpark. The Pioneers take the field today (Friday, 2/6) at 12:00 PM and 2:30 PM, and will be back at home tomorrow (Saturday, 2/7) for another doubleheader at the same times. It’s a great chance to enjoy the nicer weather today and support our team early in the season.
Basketball
Basketball is also back at home tomorrow, Saturday 2/7, including Alumni Day, with tipoffs at 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. We would love to see the stands filled with students, faculty, staff, and alumni cheering on the Pioneers.
Softball
Softball season has officially begun as well, opening the year on the road today. Be sure to keep an eye on the Lady Pioneers as they get their season underway an their home opener next week.
