Gallatin, Tennessee: Volunteer Bank donated $5,000 to the Paul Jackson Warren Memorial Scholarship at Volunteer State Community College.
The scholarship honors Paul Warren, who passed away in December 2011 and served as the Assistant Vice President at the Bank. Since its founding, over $104,000 has been awarded to students in need.

Their support allows us to fulfill our mission of making a difference in the lives of students through providing much-needed scholarships,” Karen Mitchell, Vice President for Advancement & Exec. Dir. of the Foundation, said.
Tony Gregory, Chairman, President & CEO of Volunteer Bank, serves on Vol State College Foundation’s Board of Trustees. Volunteer Bank has long been an enthusiastic supporter of Volunteer State Community College, serving as the title sponsor of the Athletic Association’s Corporate Cup annual golf tournament since its inception in 2006.

The Vol State Foundation, a separate 501c3 non-profit of the college, makes a difference in the lives of students every day by awarding scholarships to those who might not otherwise be able to obtain a college education.
