Gallatin, Tennessee: Volunteer State Community College is celebrating “Giving with Purpose” through our Vol State Giving Day, a 36-hour window to make an impact on students. This year’s event will take place from 12:00 PM CST on Wednesday, November 5th, to 11:59 PM CST on Thursday, November 6th, culminating with a Celebration event that evening.
The 2025 Vol State Giving Day Celebration Event will be held on November 6th from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM and is made possible through the generous support of Title Sponsor Highpoint Health Sumner with Ascension Saint Thomas.
Vol State Giving Day unites alumni, faculty, staff, students, and friends of the college in a shared mission to support student scholarships and academic programs through eight key partner campaigns. Each campaign focuses on a specific area at Vol State, empowering donors to support the causes that matter most to them.
“Being a college student athlete isn’t always the easiest thing to accomplish, but others giving with a purpose has allowed me to be successful on and off the field,” said Willow Carden, an elementary education major and softball player at Vol State.
