Volunteer State Community College has numerous options for event space on campus and we are happy to talk with you about accommodating any upcoming event you might be holding. Please take a look at a few important things to note below and click the links for more information.
- Campus hours for using event space are between 8am and 6pm (Closed on holidays)
- Events may not take place during the last two weeks of a semester
- Academic use will take precedence over any other event
- Event holders will be required to present a certificate of liability insurance before event
- Payment for event must be made at least two weeks prior to event
- Campus Police are on-site 24/7 and will be made aware of any event being held on campus
- All events must go through Plant Operations Scheduler to ensure confirmation
- Outside food and beverage is allowed, but we do have an on-site caterer if requested
- There are fees associated with use of facilities
