Anyone filing a formal complaint must complete the Concerning Behavior or Incident Report. In the form, select none for disciplinary offenses, none for concerning behavior, then select the complaint (student, employee, or college) that applies under Concern, Complaint, or Incident. We will address all complaints, and some may require an investigation into the situation(s) surrounding the complaint. This ensures a fair, reasonable resolution and that due process is followed.
