Vol State's Cookeville Center serves students throughout the Upper Cumberland region with career and transfer programs in business, healthcare, and technology. On-site offerings include the Business A.A.S., Entrepreneurship Technical Certificate, EMT and Advanced EMT Technical Certificates, Paramedic Technical Certificate, and Mechatronics Technology A.A.S. and Technical Certificate — along with university-parallel transfer pathways in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Information Technology, Early Childhood Education, Finance, General Studies, Information Systems, Management, and Marketing.
