Individuals who choose to file an appeal must do so within fifteen (15) business days from the date of issuance.
A citation appeal form must be completed online. Supporting documentation/evidence must be included when submitting the citation appeal form.
Failure to file an appeal within fifteen (15) business days from the date of issuance must be paid.
