Employee Relations Committee

The purpose of the Employee Relations Committee (ERC) is to enhance the general welfare of all college employees through meaningful social interactions, beneficial communications, and annual appreciation gifts.

Committee Activities

  1. Plan and support the social functions of the College.
  2. Inform employees about discounts, promotions, and specials.
  3. This committee makes recommendations regarding the Employee Relations budget.

Reporting Relationships

Reports to the Vice President of Human Resources


  • At-large members: Fifteen (15) representing all areas of the College
    • Five (5) Faculty
    • Five (5) Classified Staff
    • Five (5) Professional Staff
  • Student representation: 0

Total membership: 15

Ex-Officio: Vice President for Business and Finance, Vice President of Human Resources, Senior Administrative Assistant in Human Resources
